Due to the fact that we have received a couple of very good and interesting solutions the board of referee decided to award two winners and the group from Budapest with a special mention. The selection of the winners has been done on the basis of the reports and the results, mainly but not solely orientated on the error rate for the competition test set and the rules of the completion concerning the deadline etc.

In total we accepted 17 solutions from participants whole over the world. After the NISIS -Conference in November 2007 we will publish selected papers.
